At STOX Energy Socks, we want you to feel the difference in every step; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Socks
Place the unworn socks in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include your packing slip.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
